We are a grassroots campaign run by graduates who want to make the student loan repayment system fairer to enable our generation to invest in their futures.

OUR MISSION
To fight for a fairer student loan repayment system that gives young people hope and allows them to invest in their futures and the economy - ensuring education is an opportunity, not a debt sentence.
FAIRNESS FIRST
No one should pay back vastly more than what they borrowed for their education. Nothing unreasonable.
COLLECTIVE POWER
Individual voices are ignored. Together, 5.8 million Plan 2 borrowers represent a voting block that cannot be dismissed.

No. Given the fiscal constraints of the economy, we think this is not pragmatic. Our demands will still get graduates to contribute to the cost of their education but in a much fairer way.
We're entirely funded by donations from people who believe the system needs to change. We are mostly reliant on our fantastic volunteers who are giving their time and expertise for free to help build the campaign. If you are keen to help, please email volunteer@rethinkrepayment.com
Yes. We are not affiliated to any political party in the UK. We believe this is an issue that affects all young people regardless of political affiliation so we are building cross-party support.
